Fusigno Festival in Florence

On 24 and 25 December 2010 the Fusigno Festival takes place in Florence. A jargon word for the "snack" occurring after the Holy Midnight Mass the day before Christmas, enjoying traditional local wine and flavoured sausages. This is an opportunity to socialize and gather after the Christmas wishes, while refreshing and tasting some season's delicacies prepared for the occasion.

A trip to Florence not only for painting, sculpture, architecture and culture, but also for testing first hand the value of the local cuisine, appreciated without reservation by all gourmets.
